515 Ranch, located in De Leon, Texas, is the work of Tom Westberry and his wife, Kim. We aren't generational ranchers, and that's part of our story. Tom started this ranch with the future in mind, wanting his own family to have clean, healthy meat on their table, and wanting to make that same quality accessible to other families who want the same.

Our cattle are raised right here on our land with no added hormones or additives. We grow our own sorghum and wheat, and our herd grazes on it out in the pastures. We practice regenerative grazing, rotating the cattle through those pastures so the land regrows naturally rather than being sprayed or pushed to come back unnaturally. Our beef is grass-fed and grain-finished, then processed by Parker County Beef Company and sold directly to you.
